A special meeting of the LSB that will be open to the public will begin immediately following the closed session<br />
sometime between 9 and 9:30 pm. This meeting is being called to discuss implementation of the following, which is a<br />
portion of a resolution adopted by the LSB in August, 2006:<br><br>"Be it resolved that the KPFK LSB recommends that the<br />
GM will work within a more democratic, consensus-based structure at the station."<br>
