We will have an executive session from 6:30pm to 7:30pm for LSB members only.<br>The executive session involves a matter<br />
that is within the purview of the following Pacifica bylaws Article Six, Meetings of the Board of Directors, Section 7:<br />
Open Meetings: meetings are open with the exception of meetings that involve matters  dedicated to or predominantly<br />
regarding personnel, proprietary information, litigation and other matters requiring confidential advice of counsel<br />
involving commercial or financial information obtained on a privileged or confidential basis, or relating to a purchase<br />
of property or the use or engagement of services whenever the premature exposure of said purchase or sale, in the<br />
Board's sole opinion may compromise the legitimate business interest of the Foundation.<br><br>The LSB regular meeting<br />
will convene at 7:30pm and will be open to the public. The Community Comment portion of the meeting begins at a "Time<br />
Certain" of 7:30 pm, regardless of where we are in the agenda.<br>
