The LSB regular meeting will convene at 6:30pm and will be open to the public. The Community Comment portion of the<br />
meeting begins at a "Time Certain" of 7:30 pm, regardless of where we are in the agenda.<br><br>We  had an executive<br />
session at the close of the regular meeting. LSB members only can attend.<br>The executive session involved a matter<br />
that is within the purview of the following Pacifica bylaws Article Six, Meetings of the Board of Directors, Section 7:<br />
Open Meetings: meetings are open with the exception of meetings that involve matters  dedicated to or predominantly<br />
regarding personnel. This executive session involved matters dedicated to and  predominantly regarding personnel<br />
matters.
