ELECTORS
The
following twenty-two persons were recognized as members of the Pacifica National Board with standing to vote. They were
sent electronic ballots and voting instructions by PNB Secretary Polina Vasiliev:
Ali Lexa, Andrea Turner, Chris
Cory, Wayne Bruce, DeWayne Lark, Julie Hewitt, Heather Gray, Sabrina Jacobs, James Sagurton, Tom Voorhees, Lawrence
Reyes, Jose Gutierrez, Jr., Lynden Foley, Elizabeth von Gunten, Alexander Steinberg, Shawn Rhodes, Ralph Poynter, Ron
Pinchback, Sandra Rawline, Vanessa Dixon-Briggs, Wally James, James Osborne.
Sixteen Directors responded with
valid ballots consolidating the elections, but a ballot was treated as invalid in any individual contest where the voter
did not rank any candidate.
BALLOT VARIANCES
There were late nomination adjustments which prompted the
Secretary to twice update and redistribute the ballot forms. Four ballots were received embedded in email messages
rather than as attachments. As usual, a variety of document formats were received as attachments. One ballot was
initially marked as if each committee was a single election, but this ballot was corrected by the voter before the polls
closed. One ballot sent minutes before the close of polls was not correctly copied to the Secondary Ballot Recipient.
The Secondary Ballot Recipient accepted a forwarded ballot from this voter. One ballot had a candidate's name added via
write-in but not ranked. The tellers agree to interpret this as a ranking for the write-in candidate.
DIRECTOR COMPLAINTS
No Directors registered complaints with the Teller.
WRITE-INS AND
INCOMPLETE ELECTIONS
There were 24 write-in votes and no incomplete elections. Write-in votes had no effect on
the outcomes of contests with nominees. In contests with no nominees, only a write-in candidate could win. Here's the
breakdown:

TIES
There were five elections with first round ties,
only one in a contested election. One election with zero nominees had a three-way tie among write-in candidates.
Pursuant to the enabling resolution, ties were resolved via coin toss during the public tally videoconference.
PUBLIC TALLY
Due to the novel coronavirus pandemic and prohibitions on public gatherings, the public
tally was held online rather than in person on February 16, 2021. Notice of the tally was posted on the Pacifica
Monthly View on February 7, 2021. Terry Goodman was connected as Remote Teller and John Garry III was connected as
Assistant Teller. Witnesses included the PNB Secretary.
BALLOT IDENTIFIERS
Each voter selected a code
for their ballot. The user codes are included (bracketed) in the ChoicePlus Pro input files for each election. Voters
can confirm that their votes were properly recorded by examining these input files, as explained
below.
BALLOT DATA FILES
The ChoicePlus Pro input files used in the remote tally of these elections
are included in a zip file attached to this report, along with a Detail Report for each election. Voters can confirm
that the candidate ranking on their ballot matches that on the input files in reference to the four-letter candidate
code assigned near the top of each input file. For example, here is a truncated sample input file from a previous
year's election:

We
can tell from the above that there were three write-in candidates (WI) in the election for the KPFA Director seat on the
PNB Coordinating Committee in 2017, that the vote on ballot 5 with user code 80101 went to Bill Campisi, and that the
vote on ballot 9 with user code COSMO went to Sabrina Jacobs.
