INTRODUCTION<br />
<br />
Nominations for 2021 term non-Director KPFT Station Representatives to the<br />
PNB Committees were presumably announced at the February 10th meeting of<br />
the KPFT Local Station Board held via Zoom video teleconference.  Email<br />
elections were authorized by LSB officers in cases where the number of<br />
nominees exceeded the number of available seats.<br />

ELECTORS<br />
<br />
Voters in this election were the local delegates. Ballots and instructions<br />
were sent to Teresa Allen, Adriana Casenave, Bill Crosier, Lynden Foley,<br />
Bob Gartner, Patrick Hoyt, Wally James, DeWayne Lark, Mike Lewis, Marianne<br />
Martinez, Paula Miller, Susie Moreno, Vinisha Patel-Adams, Sandra Rawline,<br />
Darelle Robbins, Nancy Saibara-Naritomi, Wendy Schroell, Deborah Shafto,<br />
Richard Uzzell, Rita Washington, Sandy Weinmann, Ted Weisgal, Vaniecia<br />
Williams, Egberto Willies.  Thirteen ballot were received before the close<br />
of polls.<br />

BALLOT PROBLEMS<br />
<br />
One voter ranked two candidates equally, then sent instructions to rank one<br />
first.  Several Delegates had problems returning ballots due to state-wide<br />
winter storm power outages.<br />
<br />
<br />
WRITE-INS, TIES, AND INCOMPLETE TALLIES<br />
<br />
One write-in vote was received.  There were no ties.  The tally was<br />
completed; however, due to a computer failure, the Assistant Teller was<br />
unable to confirm individual ballots during the public tally.<br />
<br />
<br />
PUBLIC TALLY<br />
<br />
Due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, the public tally was held via Zoom<br />
teleconference on March 7, 2021.  Tally details were sent to the voters<br />
that evening, in preparation for the LSB meeting scheduled for March 8,<br />
2021.<br />

Each voter selected a code for their ballot.  The user codes are included<br />
[bracketed] in the ChoicePlus Pro input file for the election.<br />

<br />
The ChoicePlus Pro input file used in the remote tally is reproduced below,<br />
followed by a Detail Report.  Voters can confirm that the candidate<br />
rankings on their ballots match those in the input file in reference to the<br />
four-character candidate codes assigned near the top of the file.<br />
