without diversion.  We need to address the Business Manager on several back unanswered questions, regarding reports,<br />
etc.<br>And there may be an STV-Single Transferable Vote Election conducted, to elect a permanent FC Chair, as per the<br />
Pacifica Bylaws.  External Tellers will privately process the secret Balloting.<br><br>*The public is welcomed to<br />
participate by calling during Public Comment section on the Agenda or listening.  A public access code will be issued<br />
leading to the meeting.  A regular Agenda is fourth coming.<br>
