the Pacifica National Board Secretary ask the Secretaries of all LSBs to notify them of the results of all committee<br />
elections to be forwarded to the KPFTX.org website manager and PNB Conveners. <br><br>Motion regarding updating Pacifica<br />
Bylaws to be in alignment with California Corporate Code. <br>The Pacifica Governance Committee requests that a Pacifica<br />
Directors be assigned by the PNB to report back on changes in the  California Corporate Law that are not in alignment<br />
with the Pacifica Bylaws and make recommendations for needed changes. <br><br>Adjourn
